The PSA (primary-secondary amine) solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge is a polar adsorbent bonded to N-propylethylenediamine on a high-purity silica gel matrix. The dual amino groups have high pKa values of 10.1 and 10.9, making PSA highly effective for weak anion exchange and chelation.
